Trip Generation

Trips are created using AI based on your preferences — destination, dates, interests, and pace. Pro subscribers get unlimited trip generation.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage or cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Restore Purchases

Open the subscription screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Your Pro status will be restored if you have an active subscription.

Delete Account

You can permanently delete your account and all data from Profile → Delete Account in the app. This action cannot be undone.

You can explore the app and browse destinations for free. Creating AI-generated trip itineraries requires a Pro subscription (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime).
helpWhat data does the AI use to plan my trip?
Only your trip preferences — destination, fashion dates, companion type, interests, and pace. No personal information like your email, name, or device data is shared with AI providers.
helpCan I use Auto Try-On offline?
Previously generated trips are saved locally and can be viewed offline. Creating new trips and loading maps require an internet connection.
helpHow accurate are the AI-generated itineraries?
Our AI creates high-quality plans based on current data, but we recommend verifying important details (opening hours, prices, safety conditions) independently before fashioning.
helpHow do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Auto Try-On → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
helpCan I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support to request a refund for your purchase.
