FullApps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Tripza: Smart Travel Planner application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using Tripza, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
person Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you use Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive only the information you authorize those services to share.
flight_takeoff Trip Preferences
When you generate a trip, we collect your destination, travel dates, companion type, interests, and pace preference. This data is used solely to create your personalized itinerary.
analytics Usage Data
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., feature usage, crash reports) to improve app performance and user experience.
credit_card Purchase Data
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. We receive only a transaction confirmation to activate your subscription.
Third-Party Services
Tripza integrates with the following third-party services. Each service receives only the minimum data necessary to provide its function:
auto_awesome OpenAI API
Used to generate trip itineraries and city guides. Only trip preferences (destination, dates, interests) are sent. No personal information (email, name, device data) is shared with OpenAI.
image fal.ai
Used to generate destination images. Only city and country names are sent.
shopping_bag RevenueCat
Used to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes anonymous purchase identifiers in accordance with their privacy policy.
map Apple MapKit
Used to display maps and provide navigation. Map usage is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data Storage & Security
Your account and trip data are stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Generated city images are cached and shared across users — they contain no personal data.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Data Sharing & Sales
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the third-party services described above, solely to provide the App's functionality.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Trip data is stored so you can access your previously generated itineraries. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App (Profile → Delete Account).
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

Children's Privacy
Tripza is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
