Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Tripza: Smart Travel Planner (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These Terms of Use are supplemental to the Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") set forth by Apple Inc. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA shall govern.

Tripza is an AI-powered travel planning application that generates personalized trip itineraries based on user preferences. The App provides day-by-day travel plans, interactive 3D maps, city guides, navigation assistance, and PDF export functionality.

The App utilizes artificial intelligence (via OpenAI) to create travel suggestions and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional travel advice.

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings (Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers.

Tripza offers premium subscription plans that unlock additional features, including unlimited trip generation. Subscriptions are offered as Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase through the App Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance and must agree to the new price to continue your subscription.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store refund policy. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand.

Trip itineraries, city guides, travel recommendations, and other content within the App are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors
• Business hours, prices, availability, and local conditions change frequently
• Safety conditions, visa requirements, and travel advisories should be verified through official sources
• The App does not replace professional travel advice or local expertise

You are solely responsible for independently verifying all travel information before and during your trip. Always check official government travel advisories, local regulations, and current conditions at your destination.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Exploit the App's AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content
• Share or resell your account credentials or subscription access
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all content created by FullApps, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of FullApps.

AI-generated trip itineraries and guides are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share, print, and export your trip plans for personal purposes.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FULLAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Travel involves inherent risks. FullApps is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during travel planned using the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FullApps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FullApps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (Apple Maps, OpenAI, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
